Initial evaluation by a dentist with this firm indicated no major problems and in fact complimented me on the condition of my teeth. Prior to release I was given an "optional" treatment plan not covered by insurance at an out of pocket cost of $200.00. When I called them to refuse the treatment and make an appointment for a cleaning only, they denied me future services and abandoned me as a patient.
