This piece of crap is not all that it is cracked up to be on their sales pitches on TV or the web. I had tried for over two months to get it to work only to find out finally after three different chat people that it does NOT work with a satellite service which is what I have. I inquired why that isn't put on the package along with the other required equipment BEFORE a person buys it? The manager stated that I didn't qualify for a replacement since I didn't purchase it online. I said what good is a replacement when this one... read full review »
