I have been waiting for my JC Penny package since December 12, 2008. The Fed Ex delivered the package to 'someone's garage'. Now people don't laugh, but it shows how stupid Fed Ex is and I wouldn't recommend a 'dog' to deliver anything from them. To date 12/25/08 I'm still waiting for them to deliver the package to my home. I would rather have a refund from JC Penny, I'm really tired of their dumbness and lack of responsibility in customers packages. read full review »
