I am upset. when I orderd pro-active I told the lady that I did not want to be charged for another shipment so don't send one out, she told me I had to wait until I recieved the product to call in to cancel. I told her that would be kinda difficult seeming I have a very hectic life and I may not remember so why couldn't she put it in the system then, she said she couldn't. I had recieved a visa rebate card from a washer & dryer I purchased so I used that so if in fact they did charge me again and I did not remember to call... read full review »
