I ordered a wedding gift for my- now- wife from them a couple months ago. My credit card was charged and I was given an expected ship date. Based on that date only being a few days before our wedding, I proactively contacted their customer service to see it was possible to be pushed up. They quickly and nicely responded with what sounded like a sincere effort to see what they could do. Fast forward to a couple weeks after our wedding now and the website does not come up and they have been unresponsive to Emails over the past couple week... read full review »
