Ordered flowers from Proflowers.com in April of 2007 for mothers day. Noticed a charge for 14.95 from a easysaver 800-355-1837 on our bank card. Called the company and spoke with a woman named 'Jenn' . We also looked back and noticed we have been charged for the past nine months. This Jenn tells us we signed up for this (which we did not) we ordered flowers from proflowers and nothing more. She is so kind as to give us half of our money back. Wow shes generous.
