This company makes you jump through so many hoops you will feel like a circus act! My leather sofa ($159.99 stainsafe warranty) developed a rip. I called in June, registered a request for a repair, gave them invoice information and was told that I would hear from a rep in 2-4 weeks. A month later nothing so I called back. Lo and behold they had cancelled my claim as I had not submitted a copy of the invoice and 5 digital pictures. Problem was that they never had asked for this.
