I ordered my frined present from Cymax on June 9, 2009. In the suscription, they said "Expected to ship no later than July 15" Since I need the product on July 18, I ordered it. But, day passed and it was July 17, and I wan't getting anything from them. I called them several time, and finally got, and had complained about the situation. They told me that they need to get a tracking number and get back to me soon. After week passed I got a call from them that they do not have the product in their stock! What the hell!!!
