I did not order what they're selling. I thought I ordered a request for information. Much to my surprise, I had money taken out of my account. When I called the number provided by my bank, I was fortunate to call India. How much fun speaking with people who can't speak English! I received a cancel/confirmation number & told I'd be refunded the money 7-10 days. NO REFUND! I called a second time receiving a second cancel/confirmation number & yet again no refund.
