Bought my first computer mac powerbook and needed online phone support. I was told my warranty would be like buying from apple. They even gave me applecares 800 number That was a lie. I was shipped a computer with an outdated operating system that was corrupt. When I requested RMA the form says Store Credit Only. That is nowhere on their site or in their terms. I am waiting for my refund but others have to get attyns. These guys need to be put out of business. read full review »
