Sent an invoice for a penny (0.01) and threaten to charge $9.95 billing and collection fee if I don't pay. We haven't been a customer for two months. It cost them .42 first class postage to send the invoice for a penny and will cost us .42 to send them a check for 0.01. Amazing! read full review »
