I got a phone call today from National Advance Payday. A Kathy Martin informed me that I had 3 charges of fraud against me. They said I had to pay $1250 immediatley. They wanted permission to run my debit card for $300 today, $450 by Friday & the remainder in a week. They also wanted me to fax an apology letter & a 2nd letter giving authorization to run my card. I haven't done either yet but she keeps calling & saying if I don't do this immediatley I will be prosecuted, My job will be notified I am being charged with fraud, & it will cost me over $5000. Help!! I received a phone call this morning from National Advance Payday. A rep--Kelly Martin stated I had committed 3 counts of fraud & would be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. She said I had taken out a loan & not repaid. I have taken out several loans with different companies (which I'm ashamed of) but she said they represented numerous payday loan companies & could not tell me which was not pd.
