I accepted an offer from EZ Grant for a free DVD. I was told I only needed to pay $1.98. To my biggest surprise I was not only charged the $1.98 but an additional $78.85 to my debit card! I called EZ Grant and the customer service representative became dismissive when I questioned the $78 charge, ...he claimed that the charge is part of the agreement I signed for when I requested the free DVD!
