I ordered wine on 9/5/08 and they charged my card several days later. A couple of weeks later I tried contacting them via e-mail, via 'on-line chat' and phone. I received one e-mail response that said they would ship the wine in a couple of days -- it never arrived. I tried their 'on-line chat several times.
