In October 2008 I had a licensed plumber purchase a water heater since the one I had broke. He purchased a Kenmore Water Miser 6 and installed it according to manufacturing instructions. Fast forward to July 2009, the water heater no longer provided hot water. I called the 800 number on the water heater to have someone from Sears come out and fix it.
