CCN Collections Billing Receipt 2375 East Camelback Road Payment Date: 07/20/2009 5th Floor Phoenix, AZ 85016 Has taken money out of my account without permission. The email says that it is a debt collection. For what? They sayit is for that acaipure. But I only ordered the free trial in December of 2008 and I paid for that before it shipped. I did not order anything else and nothing else was shipped to me. I did not authorize this company to take any money out of my account. I have been on vacation. This constitutes stealing.
