I purchased wuyi tea some months ago with my Mastercard over the internet. This item has not been received. I have contacted the mastercard company regarding this, they said they could not reimburse my money. Now I find wuyi tea is withdrawing money from my Mastercard each month and I don't know how to stop it. I have no email address for them, so I am unable to contact them directly. I have contacted the British based company, but they say it is an American company. Please can you help me and advise me what to do.
