The number above worked only once on 12/22/08 for me when I reached a guy named "John" who gave me a cancellation notice. However, he would not remove the second transaction fee saying that I should receive and return the bottle of ACAI Berry and then would get a refund. Since then I have never been able to connect to anyone at this number, have not received the product and when I attept to send an email to some ACAI Berry address I found on Google, I get "delivery cannot be made" errors.
