Dear sir, I beg to inform that i am purchase a usb modem(mmx 610u) he is launched by Airtel. when i purchase then the Airtel Officer say's that is better for you because its speed is 230 kbps. then i purchase it in Rs:2999.00 because i need more speed for working online jobs. after purchasing i recharge it and connect with my computer then i seen that my speed is very slow. when i check online speed then i found that my connection speed is only 36 kbps. i again check speed many times but same speed then i call customer care 121... read full review »

hi, i am user and purchaser of airtel sim card my number is 9933138364. many times my account is credited without any use and when i call 121 customer care he don't return my balance in my account. after few days ago when i am using another sim in my handset and my number 9933138364 is call forward to that number(9679249030). when m forwarding call in which times my balance is something Rs:65.00 or more and after two days i see that my acconnt balance is cerdited something Rs:50.00.then i call 121 and say that my problem.then he send a... read full review »
