I did receive bad copies of the product that I purchased BUT this company was good about allowing me to return the product and refunding my credit card. I purchased the How It's Made series, not realizing it's not a tv show that has ever been made on dvd. The copies that they sent were "fan made copies". My complaint is that half of the dvd's had no sound making it very difficult to watch.
