This is the first time I was ever on their site and wanted to order a book. While filling out the personal information, continuing to providing my credit information and submitting the order, there was a message that said I did not provide the correct address. My address was entered correctly but I thought I'd try it again but I received the same error. Then I gave up because this system was inaccurate and frustrating and decided to check my bank account, which I WAS CHARGED TWICE!
