I was a loyal customer of FCP for over 2 years. Then in May 2009 I transferred service to a new address and they tacked on a 684.00 amount to my bill. Stating it was a bad debt from someone else that I was associated with??!!?? After sending in lease agreements and the crap they requested they still wouldnt remove the fee. No just 5 days til the termination date, they expect me to pay it in full and are not giving me an extension, not to mention what I owe as my regular bill which totals 893.00!
