I purchased what turned out to be a fake collectible. To keep this short after exhausting other options I disputed the charge with Capital One Canada, and after going up the chain got a full refund with a letter that said if they were going to rebill me they would let me know the other party had supplied convincing documention for them to rebill me. On Feb/1/11 they rebilled without ant notice and no one will provide me with info. about why including the Capital One Omsbudman. This company REWARDS A CON ARTIST BUT RIPS OFF THEIR PAYING CUSTOMER. I WOULD RECOMMEND AVOIDING CAPITAL ONE. read full review »

I will write out word for word the compalaint filed online which is supposedly direct to the VP, yeah and I just won two lotteries. My husband purchased two recliner chairs at your 99Str. store in Edmonton on Jan/22/10.)n May/14/10 one of the chairs broke, a board underneath had come off ar one end. Also some of the front stitching on the fabric was unravelling. I purchased a pallet load of BP shingles from Totem Bldg Supplies in April stored them flat in my garage until about a month ago. When we started using them, we found in sealed packages we were getting ripped shingles from the tab toward the other tab. We are about 1/3 done the roof and I have at least a full square of defective shingles. I e-mailed BP Quality Assurance with the problem-no reply.Anybody else with simular expieriences? read full review »
