It was real simple. Replace insulated glass with broken seals--as guaranteed with thier warranty. It's been 17 months, trying to work with the Sales rep and the S.W. Regional Sales Mngr. for the Shield Family Products Co. Broken Promises. String us along. I would not use any of the Shield Products again--Weathershield, Vetter, Crestline, etc. Trust them to be dishonorable and a poor product. The warranty would cost little. They would rather endure the legal fees and be forced into their warranty. read full review »
