I set up an account for my dad so he can use his computer in his nursing home. He has a message on his computer that says the account has not been paid so the internet service was shut off. The $9.95 is drafted automatically out of my account. If it has been stopped, I need to know why. Someone did contact him and ask him for some updated information on the account.
