i returend the product for refund on May 4th. since then for 2 and a half months, I have exchanged so many emails with them to get the status of refund, I was always told they are still working on it. they keep saying that we are completing the refunds as we can in the order that we received the requests. not sure how I can resolve this issue to be honest. apparently they're not listening my voice.
