Ordered bedroom furniture suite on 28 July 08 - credit card was charged in full. Finally received order at drop shipper on 23 Sep 08 - arrived damaged. Receiver refused and UPS returned damaged item 23 Sep 08. Have sent emails every two weeks with only one "we'll get back to you response" on 28 Oct 08. Nothing since. Returning the rest of the suite as can't use it (or import it) without the missing dresser. Launching complaints with PayPal and Visa. read full review »
