I purchased a large mosaic piece for my main floor from Sam Klaimi at Mozaico.com also known as Phoenicianarts.com in Oct 2008. Sam told me it would take 10 days to make. After 10 days, Sam sent me a picture in which I requested changes. It took another two weeks to fix. Sam sent me another picture and I said the sky is still grey and not at all blue as discussed or guaranteed. Sam said the picture is muted but it's fixed and the sky is blue.
