After a one year promo offer, the Times kept delivering the paper. About a month later I got a bill for another year at the regular rate (twice as much). I called customer service and asked to cancel immediately and complained about amount being charged. They offset the charge to the amount of papers delivered. I gave in and paid and again I asked for the paper to be cancelled and again they continued delivery.
