Ordered (4)205/503ZR16 KU ECSSTA ASX tires. Tire Rack sent me (4)205/503R16 tires. Since these were not the tires I ordered, I refused the delivery from UPS and they were returned. Tire Rack is now trying to credit only $212.42 out of the $307.58 order. This was not my error, it was theirs. If there have been changes in the codes, my order form should have reflected that (which it does not.) The tires do NOT match what is on my car.
