I was charged $19.63 to my account because I tried to get info about a payday loan. I called the customer service number and was told they would cancel my account (which I never wanted to begin with)but they would NOT refund my money.When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was intentionally put on hold for over 30 minutes before I was disconnected. No one would let me talk to anyone of authority. I demand a refund!!! This company should be shut down!!! read full review »
