They called my job on July 20 at 10:48. The message was ( case has been filed). I returned the call July 22 at around 3:45. I was directed to a man named Eric who spoke very broken English. He informed me that I was being sued by Law firm of national advanced payday for a 300 dollar payday loan that was deposited into my account. I asked when this was done. I was told in March but no date or time could be given.
