I gave authorization to withdrawal $1.97 for shipping and handling for a CD that I have not recieved. i noticed on my bank statement that an additional $38.34 was wihdrawn form my account without my concent. How do I go about getting my money back as they will not answer the phone. Thanks for your help. read full review »
