CPS is very rude with me whenever I deal with them. I was out of work for two months, out on family medical leave without pay. I asked them to defer the month of april's payment of $313.00, only missed one month payment. I have been called rude, stupid and bitchy by several of the there reps. They are now charging me late fees of almost $18.00 a month on top of another $10.00 fee to either postdate a check or pay by debit card and told me I had to pay this way, even though I said I'm mailing the check that day, which I have a 10 day... read full review »
