We just have Vector alarm system installed about one and a half year ago. We had several services done already. We were out of the country and the window sensor was already low battery(the system was just installed less than 3 months then) and they have to call our emergency contacts. We have to call overseas to make sure nothing is wrong with our house since they left messages that we have to call them back immediately.
