Samir Abadir who is the broker of AAA Reality is a complete crook. You should avoid doing business with him as he puts on a very good front and is very deceptive. He will build a relationship with you and then violate your trust. He tends to use the Christian religion as a way to build immediate bonds with other Christians and then tricks you when your guard is down.
