Like many people who had submitted their complaints here, for the very first time I also got an unknown $12 charge on my recent credit card statement. As I always key in my credit card spendings as a log in a spreadsheet file and I did not recognize that $12 transaction at all, I immediately googled the merchant (Complete Savings - Connecticut) trying to find out what it is.
