We had our roof done by Sears, this summer of 2008. On December of 2008 It was a mild day and the ice was melting, water was coming inside my hall entrance. I have water damage in my home. I called Sears that morning distraught, their reply was maybe its not your roof. I am so disappointed with their service and lack of responsibility to their guarantee.
