My contract was due to expire in July of 2009 so I called to cancel and was informed my contract was extended until June 2010 and I would have to pay an additional $400. They indicated that I would have to notify them in writing 30 days prior to the contract ending or they would automatically renew. This is one of the greatest scams I have ever seen and I would encourage everyone to avoid SAI Castle Rock alarm systems. The agent I dealt with was from Arlington, Illinois. read full review »
