I ordered a phone from the ebay member sweetsilvana. I knew the phone was refurbished, but expected it to work properly. This member, who upon research I have discovered is Frank Tetro, sent a phone that does not work. The phone will randomly shut itself down, and restart again only to turn off immediately. I sent the seller an email expressing my concerns, and he said try purchasing a new battery on ebay.
