I placed an order Monday morning over the phone and asked someone by the name of RJ to start fabricating the sign so Impressions Made Easy II could deliver my sign in 7 days like they promised. He told me that him or Brian Seymour would take care of me. I called Tuesday afternoon and Brian Seymour told me that they would not begin processing the order until I signed a proof and faxed it back and that the 7 days would begin counting from when he received the signed proof.
