Human resources does nothing for you if you have problems with your manager. They only protect the higher ups of the company. they dont care about the people that actually work in the stores. District managers have their favorite employees and show disgusting favoritism. No one on this company is treated equal, it's all about who they like and if you have a brown nose. if you bow down and kiss their feet you'll get somewhere. i had too much pride for that.
