flight to and from ny july 9th and july 17th 2009. could the people at continental be any more miserable? I know why they are going under. Everyone you deal with from check in to the flight crew are absolutely the most miserable people you will deal with. Not one person assisting you seems interested in doing their job. Robots would have been more helpful.
