I had enought money in my account to cover all of my checks etc. Come to find out Wells Fargo puts a 2.50 non atm Wells fargo fee through which makes me overdrawn by 1.30. Never had this fee before in my life with the 4-5 years I have been banking with wells fargo and now they are telling me that this is their policy. They charged me 35.00 in fees and told me that they can only credit back half, because it is not their fault. Very poor customer service. Nobody at wells fargo 800 number wants to help anyone. I went to their corporate office in San Francisco and I am waiting for a responce back from them now. read full review »
