Company placed a charge of $14.95 on my parents monthly telephone bill for "services". My Parents had not ordered any services or changes for either company listed ESEI or American evoice. To make matters worse the charges had actually been placed through Verizon and Verizon told my parents they don't check when they receive third party billing requests. read full review »
