ordered cable and internet services through this website and they indicated that it was required that i buy a cable modem from them to hook it up...when the timewarner cable guy came to install everything, he already had a modem and the cables with him, so i never needed to buy the modem in the first place, and after reading all this, i wonder if i should even bother to waste time and MORE money to return it. i also tried to look up the current selling price to see how much i'd get refunded (i bought it in october), but it's not even... read full review »
