This company has very poor customer service. I ordered a helmet on 6/30, and did not hear from them in over a week, then was told my helmet was out of stock and they would have to get it from another manufacturer. It finally arrived on 7/11 but it was the wrong size. They offered to exchange it for the correct size, even pay return shipping (which they should). I returned it on 7/13 and since then it has been like pulling hens teeth to hear anything. I emailed every address I could find on their site, and called the phone number.
