My Complaint is about the Director Of Nursing, Shalves Anderson & The Administrator Head, Sandra Yerk. These 2 have higher positions than the employees and they take advantage of it. They act very unprofessional!!! They treat them like slaves and trash, There was onetime Shalves Anderson pushed an emplyee!!! In front of the whole staff, The company passed a survey about working at hilcrest nursing home. and 99% gave the staff gave negative remarks, especially about Ms.Anderson And Yerk!
