I canceled my policy on July 19th, on Aug 5 I was sent a letter showing my contract was cancelled for nonpayment. I so knew they would pull this so I faxed them a fax confirmation from the 19th and they agreed to back date the cancelation. They sent me a letter confirming my cancelation and said it would take 3 months to process the refund. I have made phone call after phone call and have been told the check is in the mail, were working on it, I'm checking on it all lies.
