I purchased a replica space helmet from this merchant. When the product arrived, it did not match what was advertised on the website and the product was also defective (warped). I returned the merchandise to the address they supplied me. Merchant then notified me they did not agree with my claims and would not issue me credit. Now they have both my money and the merchandise and refuse to surrender either. read full review »
